Rosasharn P Suzuki

S: Doe-Sy-Doe's Patt'n
D: ARMCH Rosasharn's TL Unagi 4*D
DOB 6/3/06

An amazing doe who has cleaned up in the show ring as a junior. She prances into the ring. A large bodied dairy goat, a true alpine style- elegant and graceful, wide and level. As a first freshening yearling she had triplets, we are keeping one of her doe kids, Mercedes, who is just stunning, like her mom!

Even Star is small buckskin doe with white over lay. She is very well balanced and is showing allot of width, depth and dairy character. She is graceful and elegant, displaying a super flat top line, both across the back and from thurl to thurl. Her first freshening udder is very much like Arwen's, but with stretchier teats that are easier to milk. Her udder is globular, very high, tight, and with a super fore-udder. Lady is eye catching. She has a particularly pleasing head and face like her mother. She has really high withers, tight shoulders and levels out nicely on the move. She has a long clean neck and incredible breed character. She has great width between the hocks and an amazing udder to fill it! A super extended fore-udder, incredibley high and tight rear udder and lovely teats! Due to stiffness from an old neck injury she does not do as well in the show-ring as she should. "Penny" is, in our opinion, our most stylish and elegant doe! She levels out on the move beautifully. Her grace and balance between width and dairy character are excellent. This doe has amazing general appearance: she is strong across the topline, gracefull and deep throughout with strong feet and legs and width to match her dairy character. A lovely udder too: very smooth fore; it's, as one judge put, "Just socked right up in there." It is so high and tight that we cant see it all. Her offspring consistantly inherit her style (see our California Twirl and Virginia Reel). She freshened for the first time at three years of age. This has put her at a disadvantage in the show ring. She hasn't had as many freshenings or as much capacity as some other does in her age class. We wish her teats were a bit longer. More than one judge has commented that she represents the ideal in dairy goat conformation.

Brown/gold with a black cape and some white overlay. Honey Bee is truly a small Dairy Goat. She is sharp and refined, but at the same time powerful, beautiful full-extended brisket, wide arching escutcheon. She is a wonderful example of femininity, power, balance and temperament, all in one. Her udder has a full high nice rear, great texture, capacity and teat size. It could have a little more extention in the fore. She had great capacity and production but Honey Bee has survived mastitis and unfortunately, lost half her udder. She is able to feed her kids but has not compensated for her loss as well as Unagi.

"Mouse" is incredible; always at the top of her class with general appearance and one of the flattest top lines on a Nigerian. A miniature dairy goat. She has a wonderful disposition too. Mouse almost has it all: If she were larger, she'd be a more productive milker in our herd. Her udder has wonderful silky texture making it easy to milk and empty completely. Her fore udder is very smooth and her rear udder is high and wide with a good medial ligament. Her conformation is near ideal, extremely uphill and proportional for her size. Gold/Red with white overlay. She really is an outstanding doe, all around correct, with a wonderful pedigree and disposition too. We can't find faults with this exceptional doe, the judges can't ether. Beautiful udder. She earned her dairy star on one-day milk test and on DHI. Unagi is one of the nicest does we ever bred. As a second frshener she was shown 9 times in champion challenge, all 9 she won best of breed and best udder, going undifeated. Unfortunately she got mastitis following a teat injury while we were away in 2005 which destroyed one of her teats and she now is a brood doe. But even with only half an udder, she compensates and still produces lots of milk, feeds her kids and looks beautiful. Unagi milked 1428# milk and 107# fat in 305 days as part of an extended lactation '06. This ranked her as ADGA and AGS #1 for BF, on one half an udder! !

Solid black and stylish! When this doe competed against ourn own Bonnie in a Junior Champion Challenge class under Harvey Considine, he commented that Elfin is "all that Bonnie is and everything she lacks"! Femininity and power combined. She has capacity and a very high, tight udder with an absolutely incredible fore-udder that blends smoothly right into her belly. Her greatest fault is that her teats could be more correctly placed in the center of the udder halves. Elfin is Robin's personal goat, always shown by him (not necessarily to her best advantage).

Keeping this doe was an after-thought which occurred to me when her dam freshened for the 6th time at age 6 with 6.2 lb.s on first DHIA test, going on to breed leader for milk production, BF and protein in 1998 & 1999. I had high expectations for this gold doe to surpass her dam since her paternal grandam also has a capacious udder. WOW does she milk! And she shows too! This is the miniature dairy goat we breed for. It says it all, many years in a row breed leader, and ARMCH!! And as if she needs to prove herself even more take a look at her offspring, ARMCH R.Unagi and ARMCH R. Ulani and ARMCH R. Ume. She has no problem passing on some of her glory to her kids. Her greatest weakness is that she could use a stronger medial suspensory ligament for the size udder she carries.

DOB 3/30/98.
HES: Sr: 89.9 (EX!)
AGS: 90.4

This doe is quite similar in confirmation to her sisters out of Tom, truly a small dairy goat. Lupe is still going strong at age 10, she has stood the test of time; her udder is still nicely attached with a very pleasing shape and texture, her body has held up beautifully, even her pasterns are still up. She always has easy births. She is flashy, in a different color: black with random tan moon-spots. She is a firecracker of a personality and loves everybody but does things her way--spoiled.

Eclipse is the daughter of two-tiime AGS National Champion, Goodwood Tom Thumb+*S, National Champion in her own right AND dam of ARMCH Rosasharn's Buckwheat Honey 3*D, 3*M E, 2007 AGS National Champion! This is a winning line!
Chocolate with a large white eclipse shape on left side. She has been one of Rosasharn's best milkers; voluminous udder with nice long, wide teats (hand fulls), high, wide rear udder attachment; she really fills the milk pail! Nice and wide in the hocks, escutcheon and hips, long rump, and a strong front end. Truly a grand old lady. At almost 9 years of age she earned one of the highest AGS classification scores ever given to a Nigerian, 92.7. And at TEN years of age became the AGS National Champion Sr. Doe! She is still healthy and productive at 12 years of age! These are the genetics we breed for: a long healthy, productive life.
